Account and responsibility
You are responsible for the security of your account and login credentials. You agree to use the service only in accordance with applicable legislation and these terms.
Provision of the service
The service is provided “as is”; the Service Provider reserves the right to improve, update or change the service with reasonable notice. Reasonable effort is made for uninterrupted service except for planned maintenance.
Intellectual property
All rights to the Zer Bazaar software, brand and content belong to the Service Provider. Data belonging to your business is yours; it can be exported upon your request.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Updates take effect on the date they are published.
